ANDREW TUGGLE is a senior associate with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the Huntsville office.  

Mr. Tuggle provides legal guidance to clients on compliance with government regulations affecting imports, exports (including EAR and ITAR), foreign investment (including CFIUS), and cross-border transactions. He helps companies craft customized compliance programs; meet licensing, registration, and other requirements; and respond to and mitigate investigations and other enforcement measures.

Prior to joining ST&R Mr. Tuggle served for more than five years as an international trade attorney with two other firms. Earlier in his career he worked in the technology field, where his engineering R&D experience included magnetic devices and materials, nanoscale electronics, computer modeling and simulation, and sensors.

Mr. Tuggle holds a J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice before the Court of International Trade, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His professional engagements include serving the North Alabama International Trade Association (NAITA) as the VP for global initiatives.
