ALEXANDER KEYSER is an associate with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the New York office. Mr. Keyser advises importers, exporters, and foreign producers on U.S. customs and trade law and represents them in related proceedings before U.S. federal agencies and courts.

His practice is focused primarily on matters including tariff classification, requests for rulings and internal advice, and trade remedies, including multiple antidumping and countervailing duty investigations. Mr. Keyser has represented clients in proceedings directly before the Department of Commerce, United States International Trade Commissions, Customs and Border Protection, and the Court of International Trade. 

Prior to joining ST&R, Mr. Keyser served as an associate with a large firm in its international trade division and as an attorney advisor for the Departmental Appeals Board within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade and is a member of the bar in Washington, D.C. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in political science from the University of California at Davis.
