KITTY HO is a Senior Director with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Limited, resident in the Hong Kong office. Her practice is focused on international trade and customs law as well as general customs compliance.
Ms. Ho is actively involved in the firm’s valuation practice. She manages First Sale duty savings programs and provides strategic advice on legal and business matters for a variety of clients in North America, mainland China, the Asia-Pacific region. She also advises clients on a broad range of customs matters, including country of origin, CTPAT, export controls, customs audits, compliance reviews, prior disclosures, and duty savings through trade preference programs.
Prior to joining ST&R, Ms. Ho served as a senior consultant for the customs and international trade practice at a major international accounting firm. In this position she helped some of the largest U.S. corporations implement the First Sale valuation method, assisted clients in country of origin verifications, prepared companies for unannounced onsite customs audits, and was involved in various assignments concerning cross-border customs valuations.
Ms. Ho holds a B.S. degree in management information systems from California State University, Sacramento. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
