Ms. Cagle has more than 20 years of experience in international trade and customs compliance, including leading compliance teams, managing high-profile audits, and building consulting practices from the ground up. She has guided clients through post-entry reviews, free trade agreement verifications, valuation analyses, and foreign-trade zone implementations, always emphasizing efficiency and risk-based decision-making.
In addition, as a former U.S. Customs and Border Protection auditor, she brings a unique insider perspective to client engagements that enables her to combine technical accuracy with practical, business-minded solutions.
Ms. Cagle holds an MBA in accounting from Winthrop University and a BSBA in accounting from Appalachian State University. She is a licensed customs broker and a frequent speaker at industry events and webinars on topics such as tariff strategy, valuation, and compliance automation.
