GREGORY STANCZYK is an auditor for Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A. He has nearly 15 years’ experience in the audit environment. 

Prior to joining ST&R Mr. Stanczyk served for many years as a regulatory auditor for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. In this capacity he conducted different types of complex audits on import and export issues, including classification, value, reconciliation, free trade agreements, and antidumping and countervailing duties. He also evaluated companies’ customs compliance programs and procedures to identify compliance risks and internal control deficiencies. He later served as a data analytics auditor where, among other things, he served as a subject matter expert in the extraction and manipulation of CBP import and export transactions as well as commercial business and enforcement information.

Earlier in his career Mr. Stanczyk was a senior associate for a major consulting firm advising clients on complex international trade, risk management, and regulatory compliance issues.

Mr. Stanczyk holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has done post-baccalaureate work in finance.
