TIFFANY MARTINEZ is Chief Firm Administrator for Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., and a certified paralegal, resident in the Miami office. Ms. Martinez provides general litigation and customs compliance support in jurisdictions nationwide, including setting up bonded warehouses. She also manages the Firm’s Errors & Omissions Program, assisting with and facilitating the settlement of claims, working closely with insurance companies on procedures and guidelines for reporting and tracking claims, and providing insurance defense support. In addition, she manages the Firm’s Manifest Confidentiality Program and assists the Intellectual Property Rights practice.
Ms. Martinez has been with the firm for more than 25 years. She holds degrees in liberal studies and paralegal studies and is a certified paralegal.
