RANDI B. LEVINAS is a Senior Advisor to Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg’s Government Relations Group and is based in the Washington, D.C., office.
Ms. Levinas brings more than two decades of high-profile experience in public policy and has built enduring relationships with valuable contacts in the U.S. and abroad. She has led a respected bilateral trade association and major business coalitions in Washington, DC, elevating their reputation and visibility. She has worked on international trade matters and disputes related to metals, manufactured goods, technology, and North American trade. Her experience includes representing U.S. businesses in international trade negotiations with the Executive Branch and foreign governments, organizing the U.S. business community in successful legislative campaigns, and counseling companies on technical barriers to trade. She is also skilled in crisis management, sanctions policy development and implementation, export controls, restrictive investment policies, and market exits.
Ms. Levinas holds a Masters of Science in Foreign service degree from Georgetown University and a B.A. in international relations from Tufts University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
