RICHARD CHUI is a consultant with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Ltd., resident in the Hong Kong office. He advises clients on international trade, customs compliance, and regulatory strategy. He also provides Asia-based supports for the first sale program. With undergraduate and master’s degrees in international relations, Mr. Chui brings a strong academic background and a global perspective to his work.
His studies covered international policy, trade diplomacy, and cross-border regulatory frameworks, providing him a solid background in trade. Mr. Chui is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
