XIAOFENG XU is a Senior Manager for Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Limited, resident in the Hong Kong office.

Mr. Xu provides strategic advice to a wide range of clients on international trade and customs matters throughout the Asia-Pacific region. These include compliance programs, classification and valuation, customs regulatory and practice advisory, logistics, e-commerce, free trade agreements, trade facilitation, and supply chain security.

Mr. Xu began his career as a customs officer with China Customs, where he focused on audits and investigations. He has since worked as a consultant for several trade compliance firms, where he was instrumental in building and training teams that assisted clients with customs regulations, risk mitigation plans, supply chain optimization, trade automation, export controls and sanctions, and other issues.

Mr. Xu holds a M.S. in supply chain management from the National University of Singapore and a B.S. in biotechnology from Zhejiang University. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is qualified to practice law in China.
