ANDREW GRAYKOWSKI is an associate with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the Miami office.

Mr. Graykowski advises businesses on U.S. customs and trade law and represents them in related proceedings before U.S. federal agencies and courts. His practice is focused on a variety of customs matters including classification, origin, disclosures, penalties, and seizures, as well as litigation.

Prior to joining STR, Mr. Graykowski served for four years as an attorney with U.S. Customs and Border Protection in the Regulations and Rulings Directorate and the Office of Chief Counsel. His work there included advising and representing CBP in litigation regarding import and export compliance and enforcement, tariff collection, supply chains, and forced labor.

Mr. Graykowski is a member of the bar in Washington, D.C. He holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. in sports leadership and business management from Miami University.
