JARED CYNAMON is an associate with Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., resident in the Washington, D.C., office, and a member of its Trade Remedies Practice Group. He advises and counsels clients primarily in the area of antidumping and countervailing duty law and trade remedies litigation.

Prior to joining the firm Mr. Cynamon served as an attorney with the Department of Commerce working on antidumping and countervailing duty matters. His work included advising officials on legal obligations, judicial precedent, and customs issues throughout trade remedy proceedings and defending determinations in federal court. Earlier in his career he worked at the International Trade Commission, where he researched, reviewed, and analyzed legal documents concerning intellectual property rights cases and ITC rules and regulations.

Mr. Cynamon holds an LL.M. in international and European business law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and a B.A. in political science from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been admitted to the bar in New York and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice before the Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has a working proficiency in French and Spanish.
