The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Cold-rolled steel – dumping margin of 1.82 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period March 7, 2026, through Aug. 31, 2017

Honey – final affirmative AD injury determinations on raw honey from Argentina, Brazil, India, and Vietnam

Rail couplers – final affirmative dumping determination on freight rail coupler systems and components thereof from China, with dumping margin of 147.11 percent (116.7 percent when adjusted for export subsidy offset)

Steel plate – 2.8 percent dumping margin in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Korea for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021

Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders

- cement and cement clinker from Japan (AD)

- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Japan (AD), Taiwan (AD), and Turkey (AD/CV)
