Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.

Citric acid – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CVD orders on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time; these orders will be continued as a result

Corrosion inhibitors – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CVD orders on corrosion inhibitors from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 277.9 percent and countervailable subsidies at rates of 64.18 to 239.21 percent

Thermal paper – dumping margin of 7.69 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on thermal paper from Spain for the period Nov. 1, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024

Tubular goods – preliminary affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on oil country tubular goods from Austria, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates

Wood moldings – dumping margins of 31.82 to 58.45 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on wood moldings and millwork products from China for the period Feb. 1, 2024, through Jan. 31, 2025
