The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Brightening agents – dumping margin of 12.02 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2020, through April 30, 2021

Engines – initiation of country-wide inquiry to determine whether dual-piston engines exported from China will circumvent the AD and CV duty orders on vertical shaft engines between 99cc and up to 225cc and parts thereof from China

Grape juice – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of white grape juice concentrate from Argentina

Scope ruling requests – requests submitted in March for inquiries to determine whether identified products are covered by the scope of the following AD/CV duty orders

- aluminum foil from China

- raw flexible magnets from China

- steel trailer wheels from China

- wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China

Snow throwers – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on walk-behind snow throwers from China
