Acetone – sunset review determination that revocation of AD orders on acetone from Belgium, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, and Spain would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Fatty acids – institution of AD/CVD injury investigations of fatty acids from Indonesia and Malaysia

Nails – dumping margin of 28.28 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on steel nails from China for the period Aug. 1, 2023, through July 31, 2024

Rail couplers – dumping margin of 6.5 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico for the period May 3, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024

Staples – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CVD orders on collated steel staples from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
