March 2 – deadline for comments on scope of AD investigation of fresh winter strawberries from Mexico
March 2 – deadline to request administrative reviews of AD/CVD orders on various products
March 3 – comments due on interim final rule amending the CBP regulations to reflect that the agency will begin issuing refunds electronically
March 4 – ST&R webinar: Understanding the U.S. Export Filing Process

March 5 – from this date, all shipments into and out of the U.S. containing dozens of species of animals and plants must be accompanied by the appropriate document under CITES
