The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.

Anode material – final affirmative AD and CVD determinations on active anode material from China, dumping margins of 93.5 and 102.72 percent, and net subsidy rates of 66.82 and 66.86 percent

Citric acid – initiation of AD and CVD investigations of citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada and India and March 2 deadline for comments on the scope of these investigations

Folders – final affirmative CVD injury determination on paper file folders from Cambodia

Hard capsules – final affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on hard empty capsules from Brazil, China, India, and Vietnam

Monomers – final affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on multifunctional acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers from Taiwan
