Coated paper – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the rate of 17.94 percent

Cut-to-length plate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Korea, Italy, Japan, South Africa, Taiwan, and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 53.72 percent (Austria), 51.78 percent (Belgium), 74.52 percent (Brazil), 68.27 percent (China), 148.02 percent (France), 22.9 percent (Germany), 22.19 percent (Italy), 48.67 percent (Japan), 7.39 percent (Korea), 94.14 percent (South Africa), 6.95 percent (Taiwan), and 50.0 percent (Turkey)

Garlic – dumping margin of $4.71/kg in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on fresh garlic from China for the period Nov. 1, 2019, through Oct. 31, 2020

Snow throwers – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on walk-behind snow throwers and parts thereof from China, with AD and CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 142.19 and 201.99 percent (AD) and 203.06 percent (CV)

Steel plate – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on stainless steel plate in coils from South Africa would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the rate of 3.95 percent
