Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.

Pasta – dumping margins of 2.65 to 7.0 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on pasta from Italy for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024

Plastic boxes – issuance of AD and CVD orders on polypropylene corrugated boxes from China, effective March 16

R-125 – dumping margin of 48.67 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China for the period March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024

Tubular goods – dumping margins of zero to 11.7 percent for Korea and 12.84 percent for Vietnam in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD orders on oil country tubular goods from these countries for the period Sept. 1, 2023, through Aug. 31, 2024

Wind towers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD orders on utility-scale wind towers from Canada, Indonesia, South Korea, and Vietnam, and CVD orders on such towers from Canada and Vietnam, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time; these orders will therefore be continued
