Glyphosate – institution of AD and CVD injury investigations of glyphosate from China
Rebar – net subsidy rate of 1.26 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Türkiye for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD/CVD orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders
- ironing tables from China (AD)
- magnesia carbon bricks from China (AD/CVD) and Mexico (AD)
- metal lockers from China (AD/CVD)
- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam (AD)
- utility-scale wind towers from India (AD/CVD), Malaysia (AD/CVD), and Spain (AD)
Tomatoes – determination that there are not changed circumstances sufficient to warrant revocation of AD order on fresh tomatoes from Mexico
Tires – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CVD orders on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time; these orders will therefore be continued
