Lined paper – dumping margins of 0.75 to 5.29 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on lined paper products from India for the period Sept. 1, 2023, through Aug. 31, 2024
Pipe and tube – net subsidy rate of 76.07 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024
Solar cells – initiation of country-wide inquiry to determine whether imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, that have been completed in Ethiopia using parts and components manufactured in China and are subsequently exported from Ethiopia to the U.S. or are completed or assembled, using additional inputs from China, into modules in Vietnam and then exported to the U.S. are circumventing the AD and CVD orders on solar cells from China
Steel cylinders – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on non-refillable steel cylinders from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 112.21 percent
Threaded rod – dumping margin of 0.74 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on alloy and carbon steel threaded rod from China for the period April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025
