Supply Chain Competitiveness Committee to Meet
The International Trade Administration’s Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness will hold public meetings Oct. 17 and 18 in Washington, D.C. The ACSCC advises the ITA on the necessary elements of a comprehensive policy approach to supply chain competitiveness and on regulatory policies and programs and investment priorities that affect the competitiveness of U.S. supply chains.
At its upcoming meetings the committee is expected to continue to discuss the major competitiveness-related topics raised at previous meetings, including trade and competitiveness, freight movement and policy, trade innovation, regulatory issues, finance and infrastructure, and workforce development. Comments for consideration at the meeting should be submitted no later than Oct. 10.
