- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding sustainable aviation fuel) from The Premcor Refining Group Inc. within FTZ 116 in Port Arthur, Texas

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products) at the Lilly del Caribe Inc. facility within FTZ 7 in Carolina, P.R.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products for research and development) at the Merck, Sharp & Dohme LLC facility within FTZ 49 in Rahway, N.J.
