Comments on the proposed revision and/or extension of the following information collections are due by the dates indicated.

Bureau of Industry and Security

- forms 1-1, 1-2, 1-2A, and 1-2B, Chemical Weapons Convention declaration and report handbook and forms (comments due by April 22)

Food and Drug Administration

- export notification and recordkeeping requirements for persons exporting human drugs, biological products, medical devices, animal drugs, food, cosmetics, and tobacco that may not be marked or sold in the U.S. (comments due by April 16)

Department of Commerce

- interim procedures for considering requests and comments from the public for textile and apparel safeguard actions on imports from Korea (comments due by April 15)

Department of State

- form DSP-61, Application for Temporary Import of Defense Articles; form DSP-73, Application/License for Temporary Export of Unclassified Defense Articles; and form DSP-85, Application/License for Permanent/Temporary Export or Temporary Import of Classified Defense Articles and Related Classified Technical Data (comments due by Feb. 24)

- form DS-2032, statement of registration by persons in the U.S. engaged in the business of manufacturing, exporting, or temporarily importing defense articles (comments due by March 15)
