Import, Export, Food Facility, Origin Marking Information Collections Under Review

The federal agencies listed below are seeking comments on the proposed extension or revision of information collections concerning the following.

Fish and Wildlife Service

- form 3-177, declaration for importation or exportation of fish or wildlife (comments due by Aug. 28)

Food and Drug Administration

- forms FDA 3537, Food Facility Registration, and FDA 3537a, Cancellation of Food Facility Registration (comments due by Aug. 22)

- export of medical devices: foreign letters of approval (comments due by Aug. 26)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- form CBP 4455, certificate of registration, which is used for commercial shipments of goods exported for repair, alteration, or processing that will subsequently be returned to the U.S. either duty-free or at a reduced duty rate (comments due by Aug. 22)

- country of origin marking requirements for containers or holders (comments due by Aug. 22)
