Earpieces – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1470 of open-ear earpiece devices (complainant Bose Corporation; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and England)

Electronic devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on video-capable electronic devices (complainants InterDigital Inc. and InterDigital VC Holdings Inc.; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)

Toys – termination without imposition of import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1325 of soft projectile launching devices, components thereof, ammunition, and products containing same (complainants Hasbro Inc. and Spin Master Inc.; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Vapes – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1469 of vaporizer devices, cartridges used therewith, and components thereof (complainants NJOY LLC, Altria Client Services LLC, and Altria Group Distribution Company; respondent located in the U.S.)
