The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently announced the actions listed below.
- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding lithium-ion batteries) at the Lucid Motors USA Inc. facilities within FTZ 75 in Casa Grande and Tempe, Ariz.
- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding disposable diapers/underwear/pads and wet wipes) at the USA Big Mountain Paper Inc. facility within FTZ 64 in Jacksonville, Fla.
- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding lithium battery packs and lithium battery systems) at the Gotion Inc. facility within FTZ 22 in Manteno, Ill.
- approved the establishment of subzone 29Y at the Catalent Pharma Solutions LLC facility in Winchester, Ky.
- approved the establishment of subzone 154D at the Willow Glen Terminal LLC facility in Saint Gabriel, La.
- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding laser machines) at the Boss Laser LLC facility within FTZ 250 in Sanford, Fla.
