The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Engines – initiation of inquiry to determine whether imports of small vertical shaft engines with displacements between 60cc and up to 99 cc from China are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on vertical shaft engines between 99 cc and up to 225 cc and parts thereof

Magnesium metal – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on magnesium metal from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 141.49 percent

Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Brazil, China, Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 52.25 percent for Brazil, 182.9 percent for China, 65.81 percent for Japan, 87.3 percent for Taiwan, and 52.6 percent for Thailand

Tissue paper – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on tissue paper products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of 112.64 percent
