The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Ceramic tile – sunset review determination that revocation of CVD order on ceramic tile from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at levels up to 358.81 percent

End blocks – net subsidy rates of 8.22 to 15.33 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

Flanges – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on finished carbon steel flanges from Spain for the period June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024

Palladium – initiation of AD and CVD investigations of unwrought palladium from Russia

Steel wire rod – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 110.25 percent
