Background

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently announced the following actions.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products) at the AbbVie Inc. facility within FTZ 22 in North Chicago, Ill.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pecans) at the SNRA Commodities Inc. facility within FTZ 68 in Fabens, Texas

- recognized the World Trade Center Utah as the new grantee for FTZ 30 in Salt Lake City, Utah

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding all-terrain vehicles) at the Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp. U.S.A. facility within FTZ 59 in Lincoln, Neb.

- received an application for subzone at the Permco Inc. facilities within FTZ 40 in Montville and Streetsboro, Ohio

- received an application for subzone at the Canoo Inc. facility within FTZ 227 in Pryor, Okla.
