Citric acid – dumping margins of zero for Belgium and 2.5 percent for Colombia in final results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on citric acid and citrate salts from these countries for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, and (2)
Freight rail couplers – preliminary affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on freight rail coupler systems and components from China
Pasta – (1) dumping margins of zero and 1.61 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pasta from Italy for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, and (2) net subsidy rate of zero in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on pasta from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
Ribbons – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 247.65 percent for China and 4.37 percent for Taiwan
Thermal paper – final affirmative AD injury determinations on thermal paper from Germany, Japan, Korea, and Spain
