Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Corrosion-resistant steel – dumping margins of 2.04 to 15.18 percent in amended preliminary dumping determination on corrosion-resistant steel products from Türkiye

MAMMOS – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on multifunctional acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers from Korea and Taiwan and preliminary affirmative CV injury determination on MAMMOS from Taiwan

Molded fiber products – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on thermoformed molded fiber products from China and Vietnam and (2) new AD cash deposit requirement for imports of subject goods at rates of 47.44 to 477.97 percent for China and 0.76 and 211.6 percent for Vietnam

Tires – dumping margins of 4.09 to 4.64 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Korea for the period July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023

Wind towers – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of utility-scale wind towers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023
