The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Hot-rolled steel – dumping margins of 1.57 to 3.62 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Oct. 1, 2019, through Sept. 30, 2020

Pipes and tubes – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey, and the CV duty order on such goods from Turkey, would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Polyester fiber – net subsidy rate of 5.82 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on fine-denier polyester staple fiber from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020

Propane cylinders – dumping margin of 13.89 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel propane cylinders from Thailand for the period Dec. 27, 2018, through July 31, 2020

Transformers – dumping margin of 7.92 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020
