Lawn mowers – intent to rescind inquiry to determine whether certain lawn mowers assembled or completed in the U.S. by attaching Chinese cutting deck shells to internal combustion engines are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on certain walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China
Rail couplers – subsidy rate of 265.99 percent as part of preliminary affirmative determination in CV duty investigation on certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof from China, and preliminary affirmative determination of critical circumstances
Shrimp – dumping margins of 1.43 percent, 3.76 percent, and 7.92 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2021, through Jan. 31, 2022
Steel plate – subsidy rate of 1.10 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, and preliminary intent to rescind the review with respect to two companies
Truck and bus tires – subsidy rate of 13.33 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on truck and bus tires from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, rescission of review with respect to 12 companies, and preliminary intent to rescind the review with respect to three companies
Wind towers – dumping margin of 2.49 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on utility scale wind towers from Korea for the period Feb. 14, 2020, through July 31, 2021
