- approved the establishment of subzone 104Y at the Supreme International LLC (dba Perry Ellis International) facility in Dublin, Ga.

- approved the expansion of subzone 49E at the Phillips 66 Company facility in Linden, N.J.

- designated a new grantee for FTZ 181 in Akron/Canton, Ohio

 - received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding auto parts) at the Callies Performance Products Inc. facility within FTZ 151 in Fostoria, Ohio

- received an application for subzone at the Tekni-Plex Flexibles LLC (dba TekniPlex Healthcare) facility within FTZ 266 in Madison, Wis.

- received an application for subzone at the Pratt & Whitney Engine Services Inc. facility within FTZ 240 in Bridgeport, W.V.
