The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Corrosion inhibitors – dumping margins of 128.54 to 128.88 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on corrosion inhibitors from China for the period March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024

Rebar – new AD/CV petition filed on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria, Bulgaria, Egypt, and Vietnam

Silicon metal – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on silicon metal from Angola, Australia, Laos, and Norway and preliminary affirmative CV injury determinations on silicon metal from Australia, Laos, Norway, and Thailand

Vanillin – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on vanillin from China, with new cash deposit rates of 190.15 and 379.82 percent (AD) and 42.1 percent (CV)
