Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

PTFE resin – dumping margin of 3.38 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India for the period March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024

R-125 – (1) dumping margin of 60.08 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China for the period March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024, and (2) net subsidy rates of 3.02 and 182.51 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on R-125 from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023

Soybean meal – dumping margin of 18.8 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on organic soybean meal from India for the period May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024

Tungsten shot – final affirmative dumping determination on tungsten shot from China, with China-wide dumping margin of 201.32 percent

Wooden cabinets – net subsidy rates of 9.33 to 11.85 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
