- received notifications of proposed production activity (regarding commercial aerospace propulsion parts and engine cores) at the General Electric Company facilities within FTZ 72 in Lafayette, Ind., and within FTZ 93 in Durham, N.C.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding semiconductor products) at the Intel Foundry Corporation facilities within FTZ 110 in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, N.M.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding production and testing of jet engines) at the General Electric Company facility within FTZ 46 in Peebles, Ohio
- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding cellulose acetate fibers) at the Eastman Chemical Company facility within FTZ 204 in Kingsport, Tenn.

- approved the establishment of subzone 37H at the Oerlikon Metco (US) Inc. facility in Westbury, N.Y.

- approved the establishment of subzone 40Q at the Atlantic Veal & Lamb LLC facilities in Creston and Sterling, Ohio
