The Bureau of Industry and Security has issued a final rule that, effective Aug. 21, removed one entity in Türkiye from the Entity List, thus eliminating the license requirement for exports, reexports, and transfers (in-country) of all items subject to the Export Administration Regulations that involve this entity.
A separate BIS final rule, also effective Aug. 21, removed two addresses associated with a Hong Kong entity from the Entity List following the removal of that entity and six aliases from the Entity List in November 2025.
