Fatty acids – preliminary affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on fatty acids from Indonesia and Malaysia
Float glass – issuance of AD duty order on float glass products from China and CVD orders on float glass products from China and Malaysia, effective April 6; dumping margins of 151.29 and 181.54 percent for China and net subsidy rates of 19.75 and 113.34 percent for China and 17.25 to 101.99 percent for Malaysia
Plastic bags – rescission of administrative review of AD order on polyethylene terephthalate retail carrier bags from China for the period Aug. 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025, with respect to two companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods from those companies at the applicable cash deposit rates
Rebar – final affirmative AD injury determination on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria
Request reviews – April 30 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD and CVD orders for the periods April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2026 (CVD); any such reviews could result in changes to applicable AD/CVD rates
