Administrative reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Feb. 1, 2021, through Jan. 31, 2022 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from India (AD; Sept. 25, 2019, through March 31, 2021)

- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India (CV)

- common alloy aluminum sheet from China (AD/CV)

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China (CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea (AD/CV)

Grape juice concentrate – institution of AD/CV injury investigations of white grape juice concentrate from Argentina

Pipes – dumping margins of 1.61 and 10.24 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020

Raw honey – final affirmative dumping determinations on raw honey from Argentina, Brazil, India, and Vietnam, with dumping margins of 9.17 to 49.44 percent for Argentina, 7.89 and 83.72 percent for Brazil, 5.52 to 6.24 percent for India, and 58.74 to 61.27 percent for Vietnam

Rebar – net subsidy rates of 0.07 and 1.75 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
