The federal agencies listed below are seeking comments on the proposed extension or revision of information collections concerning the following.

Department of Commerce

- Automated Export System (comments due by Feb. 7)

- procedure to request removal or modification of listing on Entity List or Unverified List (comments due by Feb. 10)

- foreign availability procedures for items controlled for export for national security reasons (comments due by Feb. 10)

- forms BIS-621P, BIS-6051P, BIS-6051P-a, report of requests for restrictive trade practice or boycott (comments due by Feb. 10)

Department of State

- form DS-2013, shrimp exporter’s/importer’s declaration (comments due by Jan. 8)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- form 7401, distribution of continued dumping and subsidy offset to affected domestic producers (comments due by Feb. 10)

- foreign assembler’s declaration (with endorsement by importer) used in connection with the entry of assembled articles under HTSUS 9802.00.80

- petroleum refineries in foreign trade subzones (comments due by Jan. 13)

- prior disclosure of entry violations such as underpaid tariffs or misclassification (comments due by Jan. 13)

- forms 434, 446, and 447, NAFTA regulations and certificate of origin (comments due by Feb. 11)

- form 226, record of vessel foreign repair or equipment purchase (comments due by Feb. 11)
