Fitness devices – initial determination of violation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1265 of fitness devices, streaming components thereof, and systems containing same and recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders

Garden beds – new IPR infringement complaint filed on raised garden beds and components thereof (complainant Vego Garden Inc.; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Integrated circuits – new IPR infringement complaint filed on integrated circuits, mobile devices containing same, and components thereof (complainant Daedalus Prime LLC; proposed respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)

Semiconductors – new IPR infringement complaint filed on semiconductor devices, mobile devices containing same, and components thereof (complainant Daedalus Prime LLC; proposed respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)
