Eyewear – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1423 of electronic eyewear products, components thereof, and related charging apparatuses based on a settlement agreement

Shapewear – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1436 of shapewear garments based on a settlement agreement

Splash guards – initial determination on Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1430 of urine splash guards and components thereof

Vapes – new IPR infringement complaint filed on vaporizer devices, cartridges used therewith, and components thereof (complainants NJOY LLC, Altria Group Distribution Company, and Altria Client Services LLC; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)
