Eyelash extensions – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1226 of artificial eyelash extension systems, products, and components thereof based on a settlement

Facial toners – new IPR infringement complaint filed on microcurrent facial toning devices and systems thereof (complainants ZIIP Inc. and The Beauty Tech Group Ltd.; proposed respondent located in the U.S.)

LCDs – new IPR infringement complaint filed on liquid crystal devices, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainant BH Innovations LLC; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)

Skin care systems – initial determination on Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1408 of hydrodermabrasion systems and components thereof
