Jump starters – in investigation 337-TA-1256, issuance of a limited exclusion order prohibiting the importation of portable battery jump starters and components thereof that infringe specified trademarks asserted by the NOCO Company
Pool cleaners – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1326 of robotic pool cleaners and components thereof (complainants Zodiac Pool Systems LLC and Zodiac Pool Care Europe; respondents located in China and the U.S.)
Solar power optimizers – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1327 of solar power optimizers, inverters, and components thereof (complainant Ampt LLC; respondents located in Israel and the U.S.)
