- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding pharmaceutical products) at the Patheon API Inc. facility within FTZ 21 in Florence, S.C.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding fiber optic conduit) at the PPC Broadband Inc. facility within FTZ 90 in East Syracuse, N.Y.

- received an application to expand the service area of FTZ 262, which currently includes DeSoto County, Miss., to also include Lafayette, Marshall, Panola, and Tate counties
