- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding centerless ground bar, cold-drawn bar, and peeled and polished bar) at the voestalpine High Performance Metals LLC facility within FTZ 207 in South Boston, Va. (comments due by Oct. 12)

- approved the establishment of subzones 61AA at the Gonzalez Trading LLC facility in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico; 61AB at the DB Research Group LLC facility in Caguas, P.R.; and 163M at the Petro Air Corporation facility in Carolina, P.R.

- approved the establishment of subzone 21J as the Patheon API Inc. facility in Florence, S.C.

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding prolinamide tablets) at the AbbVie Inc. facilities within subzone 22S in Chicago, Ill.
