- denied subzone status for the Ryder Integrated Logistic Inc. facility within FTZ 222 in Hope Hull, Ala.

- approved the establishment of subzone 163O at the Centro Automotriz Santa Rosa Inc. facility in San Juan, P.R.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding point of sale terminals) at the 3nStar Inc. facility within FTZ 32 in Doral, Fla.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding pharmaceutical products) at the Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing facilities within FTZ 189 in Caledonia, and Grand Rapids, Mich.

- received an application for subzone at the Coroplast Tape Corporation facility within FTZ 38 in Rock Hill, S.C.
