Administrative reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CVD orders for the periods Aug. 1, 2024, through July 31, 2025 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024 (CVD), unless otherwise noted

- finished carbon steel flanges from India (AD/CVD)

- frozen fish fillets from Vietnam (AD)

- hydrofluorocarbon blends from China (AD)

- large power transformers from Korea (AD)

- light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China (AD/CVD) and Mexico (AD)

- metal lockers and parts thereof from China (AD/CVD)

- paper shopping bags from Vietnam (AD; Jan. 3, 2024, through June 30, 2025)

- seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Ukraine (AD)

- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam (AD)

- steel nails from China (AD)

- steel propane cylinders from Thailand (AD)

- utility-scale wind towers from Canada (AD/CVD), Indonesia (AD), Malaysia (CVD), and Korea (AD)

Scope rulings – applications filed in August to review the scope of the following AD/CVD orders

- common alloy aluminum sheet from China

- passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China

Silicon metal – (1) preliminary affirmative AD determinations on silicon metal from Angola and Laos, (2) new AD cash deposit requirement at rates of 68.43 percent for Angola and 94.44 percent for Laos, (3) preliminary affirmative CVD determinations on silicon metal from Australia, Laos, Norway, and Thailand, and (4) new CVD cash deposit requirements at rates of 41.31 percent for Australia, 240.0 percent for Laos, 16.87 percent for Norway, and 31.27 percent for Thailand

Steel plate – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD order on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium for the period May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024

Wire mesh – corrected notice of preliminary AD/CVD determinations on standard steel welded wire mesh from Mexico
